These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jillvo platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a jillvo account. Only one account per person is permitted. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure.
All deposits and withdrawals on jillvo are processed via approved Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported local banks. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. jillvo does not charge transaction fees.
All bonuses offered by jillvo — including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL or IPL — are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Attempting to abuse bonus terms or exploit promotions using multiple accounts or coordinated play will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your jillvo login credentials confidential. jillvo will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your password or mobile number. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the jillvo platform is strictly forbidden. Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or any form of fraudulent betting behaviour will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. jillvo reserves the right to void bets placed in connection with any prohibited activity.
jillvo provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion for players who wish to manage their gambling activity. Players showing signs of problem gambling may be contacted by jillvo support and offered assistance. Use of these tools is encouraged and supported without penalty.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jillvo ("jillvo", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at jillvo.net, including all associated services, products, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the Platform.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the jillvo Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jillvo Platform.
jillvo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. jillvo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all bets placed will be voided, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jillvo Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jillvo does not make any representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Access to and use of the Platform is at your own risk and on your own initiative.
jillvo may require you to submit identity verification documents including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification at any stage of your Account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the jillvo Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jillvo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of balance.
You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your registered details change — including your contact number or primary payment method — you must update your account profile promptly or notify jillvo support at [email protected].
Your jillvo login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes sent to your registered mobile number — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party under any circumstances. jillvo staff will never ask you for your password.
If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jillvo immediately at [email protected]. jillvo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the jillvo Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, or other software that could compromise your account security. jillvo recommends logging out of your Account fully after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
jillvo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
The minimum deposit amount on jillvo is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though jillvo reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts at its discretion in connection with responsible gaming controls or fraud prevention.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements. jillvo aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification status.
jillvo does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own applicable charges — these are outside jillvo's control and will not be reimbursed by jillvo.
All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on jillvo are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jillvo does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing from a non-BDT payment instrument do so at their own exchange rate risk.
jillvo may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry date. Players should read the specific promotion terms before participating.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly at the point of offer. Real-money funds in a player's balance are used first before bonus funds in any wagering sequence, unless otherwise specified.
jillvo maintains strict policies against bonus abuse. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using coordinated play across accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while clearing a bonus, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional mechanics. jillvo reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.
All bonuses on jillvo carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be removed from the Account balance automatically. jillvo is not obligated to restore expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
All bets placed through the jillvo Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, and market in question. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, jillvo will apply the relevant market settlement rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
All casino games — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, table games, and crash games — are operated by third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. jillvo is not responsible for technical interruptions on the provider's side, though it will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in the player's favour where the fault is clearly attributable to a provider error.
jillvo reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only considered accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement that results in incorrect odds being displayed, jillvo reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market, game, and account status. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at jillvo's discretion. Players with accounts subject to enhanced responsible gaming limits may have lower stake ceilings applied.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jillvo Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the jillvo Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, data, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jillvo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any jillvo content without prior written permission from jillvo.
The jillvo brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is prohibited.
jillvo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jillvo.net/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. jillvo uses player data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. jillvo does not sell or share player data with unauthorised third parties.

jillvo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures — may temporarily affect Platform availability. jillvo will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
In any event, jillvo's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the Account balance held at the time of the incident.
jillvo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jillvo is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jillvo's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Bangladesh.
